Villa Yiangos targets groups of friends or families who are drawn to
traditional housing in areas that reside between mountains and the sea
(near the beach, 3 minutes by car). The house is located at Neo Chorio
Paphos (Cyprus), a location which is ideal for visiting the "Aphrodite
Baths" which are approximately 5 minutes away by car. Also, Akamas's
protected forest is nearly located. A variety of restaurants, as well
as other services such as taxis, supermarkets and local touring guides,
are easily accessible as the property is extremely near Latsi Port (1.5
km).

Overview
Yiangos House is located in Neo Chorio, Paphos District. This detached
vacation rental property offers air-conditioning, Free Wi-Fi and sleeps

Layout

Inside the accommodation, there is 1 Master bedroom with a double bed
and 2 more bedrooms with 1 double bed each, dressed with their linen
and ready to be used. All sleeping facilities include air-conditioning
systems. There are 2 bathrooms, with two toilets and one shower (towels
are included). Moving on to the fully equipped kitchen, you can find a
fridge, an oven, a dishwasher, a microwave and a 6-person dining table
with all the necessary utensils (plates, glasses, forks).

Living Room
The living room has a Satellite TV, dining area, comfortable sofas and
Free Wi-Fi. There are patio doors to the pool terrace.

Kitchen
The kitchen features a toaster, coffee maker, washing machine,
dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, stove/hob and oven. There is also
a barbecue outside.

SECURITY DEPOSIT
If your party consists of a group where the average age is under 25
years of age, a refundable security deposit of 150 EUR per person is
required, payable with the accommodation balance or prior to arrival.
Upon departure, the villa must be left clean and tidy and upon
inspection, the security deposit will be refunded minus any breakages
or additional cleaning required.
