Villa Elda, a jewel overlooking the enchanting Lake Monterosi, is set within our private centuries-old park featuring olive groves, fruit trees, and a serene zen pond with water lilies and fish. The property boasts a stunning outdoor swimming pool set in the park, as well as a sauna, Turkish bath, fitness area, and SPA with counter-current pool. Panoramic terraces, an outdoor pizza oven, barbecue area, helipad, and immediate proximity to the National Golf Club of Sutri and Vallelunga Circuit complete the experience. Rome is just 30 minutes away.
The villa can accommodate up to 10 guests.
The villa offers two spacious living rooms, a master suite that includes a private lounge area with a convertible sofa (two additional single beds), two luxurious double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, one twin bedroom with a full bathroom, two fully equipped kitchens, and three guest bathrooms.
Free Starlink Wi-Fi. Certified helipad on site. Helicopter tours and private chef service can be arranged on request and are subject to an additional charge.
