Completely modernised apartment in first line of the Carabeillo Beach, fully air conditioned, with wonderful views to the sea and just a few minutes walk from the Balcon de Europa. It has a brand new, open plan kitchen, 2 shower rooms and new floors throughout. The apartment consists of: fully equipped kitchen with electric oven and hob, washing machine, dishwasher, fridge, microwave, kettle, coffee maker, tableware and crockery, a spacious and bright living-room with table and four chairs in addition to a 3 seater sofa and an armchair, as well as TV with Spanish and non Spanish channels. The main bedroom has a double bed and the second bedroom two single beds, both bedrooms have fitted wardrobes. There are 2 shower rooms. From the living room and the master bedroom there is a large South facing terrace and very nice views to the sea as well as to urbanization and its gardens and swimming pool. The apartment offers free Wi-Fi to its customers. Around there are many shops, bars and restaurants.

ausgezeichnete Lage
Die Einrichtung ist schon in die Jahre gekommen, das Appm. war aber relativ sauber. Bad und Toilette müssten aber mal saniert werden. Schwierig war die Parksituation.
