Beautiful 2-bedroom bungalow with private roof terrace and communal swimming pool situated in a peaceful residential complex – Pueblo Rocío a small urbanization just 2 Kilometers from the centre of Nerja .
The living space is all on one floor and comprises of the following: as you enter, past the hallway is an independent and good-sized kitchen with fridge-freezer, electric oven, dishwasher, microwave, ceramic hob, kettle, toaster, coffee machine and all of the necessary crockery and utensils.
The living – dining room is open plan and consists of two comfortable two-seater sofas, flat-screen smart TV with Spanish and international channels, WiFi and air Conditioning. There is a dining table that seats up to four people.
From the living room there is direct access via sliding windows to a west- facing terrace area with outdoor dining table and guest toilet which is where the washing machine is located. From this terrace there is a flight of stairs that takes you up to the private roof terrace with sun all day and beautiful mountain and sea views. There is a built in dining area under a retractable sun awning and in addition an exterior shower.
There are two bedrooms, the main bedroom has direct access to the terrace and has a double bed, built-in wardrobes and air conditioning. The second bedroom is fitted with two single beds put together and also has built-in wardrobes and air conditioning.
The communal swimming pool is around the corner from the property and is of a good size.
The nearest supermarket (Lidl) is a 10 minute walk away and there is a public transport link also very close.

Lovely terraced house
Great stay at AP407 - house very clean, great location, all amenities you could require.
For longer stays of 2 weeks+, perhaps consider a weekly linen change option.
