Accommodation is all on one level with lift access & comprises well-equipped fitted kitchen with ceramic hob, oven, microwave etc. The open plan lounge/dining room has sofas & dining furniture for 6 people. Flat screen TV with international channels. Sliding door access to the South facing balcony terrace & delightful views towards the sea. The spiral staircase to the private roof terrace is also located in the lounge.

The master bedroom is a double, with A/C & fitted wardrobes. The main bathroom has a bath with shower over. The second bedroom has 2 single beds, A/C & fitted wardrobes. The third bedroom has bunk beds & a desk, wardrobe & a ceiling fan. The second bathroom has a shower.

The private roof terrace is equipped with dining table & chairs plus sunbeds. Ideal for relaxing in the sun!

The fishermen still pull their nets ashore on Burriana beach and fresh produce can still be bought from the doorways of local people´s houses. The weekly market (Tuesdays) attracts many traders and shoppers from all over the region and the town centre has a vibrant, friendly atmosphere with many lovely shops and tapas bars & restaurants. Good size apartment

This is a good-sized 3 bedroom apartment in the West End of Nerja. A couple of minutes walk to the nearest supermarket, bars, and restaurants. There was air conditioning in the living room and two of the three bedrooms. There is also a large roof terrace with sun loungers. The slight downsides were that there was a hot water boiler that leaked for some of our stay, but the management company was quick to fix it.
