Terrible place, so bad we left after one night. The staff were unhelpful and appeared to have no record of our booking. We had paid for two rooms, of which the first was for 3 people and the second for 2. For the first room, they gave us a key to a tiny room with one double bed- obviously not suitable for 3 adults. The second room already had someone else's luggage in- clearly not secure for them, whoever they were. We were eventually given keys to rooms that were at least empty but not fit for habitation. The cupboards were broken, the baths chipped and drainage blocked, no plug in the sink, the air vents broken, the curtain rails awry, the air con not working in one room, the wifi not working at all. There was a syringe in one of the fridges. Only one room had a kettle but with no base so impossible to boil. There was rubbish around the steps up to the rooms that we had to climb around. The Expedia advert said breakfast could be purchased on site but this turned out not to be an option- we had to walk 20 mins off site to find anything to eat. We spent one night 'sleeping' (not) on a combination of the sofas and such beds as were in our rooms before leaving this dirty, unpleasant place.

ot as bad as expected

I booked the hotel short notice despite the bad reviews and low expectations due to the cheap price, short notice and lack of alternatives. Even though the reviews turned out to be true (dirty,no towels, no helpful staff, noise, terrible jaccusi) the bed was great and the room was decent amd spacious. So overall I had very low expectations and it turned out to be a decent stay.

To be fair (considering the low price paid) i didn't have high expectations - and you get what you pay for. I therefore tolerated the bath flooding every time you take a shower and the broken lock (therefore sleeping with our door open the entire time and leaving the room unlocked for 2 days). Their service can improve - especially from a communication point of view. i received an email weeks before arriving informing me to arrive after 8pm on Saturday evening for check-in, but then made me wait an hour and a half to have my room available. Manager wasn't very polite and helpful...like most of the people i came across working in the hotel during our stay. If you are running on a low budget and can make room for some inconveniences during your stay, its an Ok hotel. If they improve their services - Its position not too far from the highway and walking distance to the beach would give it some good potential in the future...
