Due to the many large windows along the course of the sun, the inside of the house is pleasantly bright. The house is on the 1st Row to the lagoon. This guarantees a view of the water. From the property you have a view of the Liddower Strom, the Liddow headland, the village of Neuenkirchen and the Banzelvitzer mountains. In the north, the landscape rises gently up to the heights of "Hoch Hilgor". Climb the 15.5 m high observation tower there, you are approx. 60 m above sea level. From this elevated point of view, you will experience an unforgettable panoramic view over Hiddensee, Wittow, Jasmund to the church spiers of Stralsund. After this view over the shimmering blue bays, the furrowed coastlines and the green hills of the island of Rügen and Hiddensee, the decision is now made: "I want to be where Rügen is at its most beautiful". The places in the Neuenkirchen community are particularly popular with people who are looking for both active and passive rest and relaxation in harmony with nature. Discover romantic villages, lonely hidden bathing bays, idyllic fishing jetties and the beauty of the landscape. Enjoy the freshly smoked fish from the fisherman next door. The Trakehner Stud in nearby Tribbevitz invites you to go horseback riding. Or simply anchor your boat in the port of Grubnow (Möwennest). Sail on one of the most beautiful areas in Germany. In the Neuenkirchen inn you can eat very well and cheaply. The nearby old handicraft town of Gingst offers shops, medical practice, bank, post office, restaurants and other service providers. It is approximately 22 km to the island's capital. The village of Vieregge, about 1.5 km away, offers in the newly opened harbor with a small restaurant, 40 berths and a small sandy beach, boat connection to Breege and thus to the island of Hiddensee.

Please note families with small children! There are 2 ponds in the garden. The upper pond is about 30cm deep. The lower pond has a water depth of about 1.10m !!! The ponds are currently not fenced.
