In the midst of meadows located, renovated and newly equipped country house in one of the most beautiful regions of Bavaria.

Please note: you rent the house all inclusive, d. h.kein no annoying beds, no entrainment of additional ballast in the form of towels, tea towels etc.

The beds are freshly made and a set of towels per person is provided.

The electricity and firewood is inclusive.

Neuschönau is referred to as the "Gateway to the National Park" and the house is adjacent to the National Park with all its attractions.

The property is beautifully situated - almost alone - surrounded by meadows and offers a wonderful view of Neuschönau, the Baumei, and the surrounding forests.

The property has been completely renovated and has evolved from a horse farm on Gasthof / Pension to an exclusive country house.

Surrounded by meadows and yet secluded, there are many design options for the most important time of the year - your holiday.

The house offers plenty of space for 8 to 16 people on a very spacious area, the occupancy is based on bedding requirements and is always for single use.

On the ground floor is located next to the entrance area, the common areas with a large winter garden with indoor play area for the kids, which does not cause boredom in bad weather.

Here is a large Therapiebällebad, a playhouse, trampoline a wooden horse for small riders / indoor and many games want to be discovered.

A seat in the sun offers the seating in the conservatory and invites you to cozy hours. Here you can also play a relaxed round of pool billiards.

Following there is a large communal dining area with plenty of seats, several children's chairs as needed and a spacious American style kitchen.

With a length of five meters there is plenty of space to cook and enjoy and the equipment leaves nothing to be desired.

The kitchen includes everything you need, toaster, microwave, kettle dishwasher, Jura coffee machine, washing machine, dryer, oven, freezer, American fridge and an extra drinks fridge.

In the living area there is in addition to the central heating a Swedish stove, which provides for cozy warmth in winter.

An adjoining living room with cozy upholstered corner and bar invites you to socialize and a 65 inch flatscreen brings nice football and film lessons.

You have W-Lan and Internet throughout the house. Here you can also fire a Swedish stove.

A small staircase leads from the living room directly onto the large terrace which is covered with old chestnut trees and offers a magnificent view. Especially the sunsets are very nice.

With rattan lounge, patio furniture with cushions, sun loungers, and hot tub (which is heated in winter and summer), you have everything you need for a wonderful stay.

Brand new is available for electricity fee a barrel sauna,

(Infusions, sauna towels also available for a fee) You sweat comfortably at high temperatures and enjoy the view of nature through the window.

Our brick barbecue is fired with charcoal and thanks to the size, many goodies can be prepared at the same time.

You sit comfortably on the terrace and have their children in the playground always in view. The playground is fenced and rounded.

A big tower for climbing, playing, several slides, swings, seesaw and a trampoline want to be discovered!

For our smaller guests from 1-3 is a play tower in miniature ready. Also Bobbycars, etc make for glowing eyes.

From the terrace you have a fantastic view of the small private lake, which you can also use during your stay.

If you want you can try out our archery range, you can borrow arrows and bows. (for a fee and use at your own risk)

You are also welcome to try your fishing luck. A campfire site on the lake ensures unforgettable moments. Wood can be purchased on site.

In winter, you can go directly to the property in the cross-country ski trail system.

A highlight in winter is certainly the heated hot tub (in winter 38 degrees, in summer a bit cooler) on the terrace.

Upstairs there are 5 completed guest rooms, each has its own retreat area. The guest bedrooms have a private bathroom with shower and toilet, except for the family room with connecting door. The rooms and bathrooms were completely renovated in 2016 and newly furnished. The rooms are equipped with anti-mosquito nets on windows and balcony doors.

The occupancy of the guest rooms is based on the number of people, the beds are made and towels are ready.

For children is a complete children's equipment with cots, changing table, diaper pail, high chair etc available.

If required, there are three cots in the house, please specify when booking. Since mostly sleeping bags are brought along, the cots are covered with a sheet. We are happy to receive a baby blanket, please also specify when booking.

In the center of Neuschönau you will find everything you need for your daily needs, two bakers, butchers, Edeka, and a GP.

The baker delivers a bread service at the desired time.

With the guest card you can use the Igelbus for free and reach so many offers of the national park. We are happy to give you tips for planning hikes.

Your four-legged friend is welcome to come along on holiday. We charge 5 euros per day without food. Please note that your dog is not allowed on the upholstered furniture and in the beds. Also, he must not be left alone in the house. Payable on arrival.

The booking price is only valid for the number of people booked, additional additional persons will be charged with 30 Euro per day.

We have a small reception and we are always available by phone during your stay and will gladly advise you on excursions.

In winter you can reach the Mitterfirmiansreut ski area in 20 minutes, a smaller but very nice ski area is 8 minutes away in Waldhäuser.
