Vacation apartment for up to 6 people with sunny courtyard, garden and pool

The cottage is in a very quiet location in Neustadt an der Weinstraße, district Lachen-Speyerdorf directly on, very popular with cyclists, "cabbage and turnip bike path." The apartment has about 110 square meters, located on the upper floor and can accommodate up to 7 people.
It has a fully equipped kitchen, a dining room with seating for 6 and a high chair. The living room is equipped with a stove, TV and DVD player, a bathroom with shower, toilet and sink, a separate toilet with sink,
4 bedrooms: 1 double room (beds 2x2m) and a cot (0,70x1,40m), 1 double room (beds 2x2m), 1 single room (bed 2x0,9m), 1 single room with sofa bed (1,40x2,00m) the single rooms and The toilets are accessible via a space-saving staircase and are each equipped with a fan for hot days. If required, a guest air bed can be set up.
Our three groups of seats, as well as the porch swing in the yard and the lawn (5 relaxation loungers, 2 normal beach chairs) invite you to relax.
On hot days, our solar heated pool (8.0m x 4.2m, 1.5m deep) provides enough refreshment. Our 4 bicycles (2 ladies and 2 men's bikes) you can borrow for free. A storage room is available for your own bicycles. Your four-legged friends are welcome to bring you. We charge only 5.00 Euro per animal per night.
House Rules: Smoking is not allowed in the apartment.
No loud parties. Except for our guests we do not wish any foreign visitors!
