It has a large, equipped with garden furniture East -terrace with a small flower garden and serves most of the day with sun. An awning provides shade and all windows are fitted with mosquito nets and blinds.   Directly in front of the house is your parking space and brought bikes / surfboards can be accommodated in the lockable storage shed behind the house. Please do not enter the apartment before 15:00, because the cleaning company is still finished!

The living room offers a cozy couch with sleeping function (160 cm x 200 cm lying area), an armchair, flat screen TV, stereo and a spacious dining area. The fully equipped and nicely fitted kitchen with dishwasher, ceramic hob, coffee etc. is located in a separate room. The bedroom (90 cm x 2 x 200 cm) furnished with a very comfortable double bed in a comfortable height, wardrobe bright and friendly. Bed linen (sheets 1.80 cm x 2.00 cm or the topper must be removed, then go 90 sheets) and towels please bring. The shower room / WC with towel dryer, hair dryer and vanity mirror located directly opposite the bedroom. The bathroom, the kitchen and the entrance hall are tiled, the living room and bedroom has a parquet floor. In the hallway is a spacious built-in wardrobe, which offers plenty of space to store. In the attic, a coin-operated washing machine and a dryer are available for you.

Arrivals are possible from 15:00 to 17:00 and departures from 00:00 to 10:00.
