The staff was very kind and helpful. We had the room with a jacuzzi which we learned had a thermal switch for the jets so the pump will turn off if the water is too warm. Other than that our stay was very pleasant.

Otele ilk girişimden itibaren cana yakın ve sıcak bir karşılama ile karşılaştı. Otel sahibi Kıvanç Bey'e misafirperverliği, sıcak karşılama cana yakınlığı ve hoş sohbeti icin tesekkur ederim. Kaldığımız günler suresince (9-11 ocak) Kıvanç Bey'in yani sira Efe Bey'e de ayrıca çok tesekkur ederim. Gerek gezi icin planlamalar, gerek ufak tefek ihtiyaçlar, gerek hoş sohbetleriyle yalniz birakmadılar. Tatil süresince bir otelden ziyade sanki evimdeymiş gibi hissettim desem yeridir.. sabah kahvaltılarımizda Zeynep Ablamızın güler yuzu ve hoş sohbeti ise cabası.. :)) odalar muazzam konforlu ve temizdi.. bu konuda emekler çok haklarını es geçemeyiz kesinlikle, benim guzel ama dolu dolu bir 3 günlük kış tatili idi. Bundan sonrasına fırsatlar elverdigi gibi baharda tekrardan, Göremedeki güzellikleri gormek istiyorum. Tabiki de tercihim gene gözü kapali şekilde Latona ailesinden yana olucak.. Eğer ki buralara gelmeyi düşünuyorsanız konfor, sıcakkanlılık ve misafirperverliklerini herkese denemeli. Tekrardan sizlere herşey icin teşekkürler Latona ailesi, saygılar bizden.. :))

We loved our stay at Latona. The staff were very welcoming and helpful, and our room was lovely and spotless. The breakfast is fresh and in the traditional Turkish style and the young woman who works there is so lovely. The area immediately surrounding the hotel is quite unassuming but do not let that bother you! You are just a quick walk to the loveliest, liveliest downtown area of Göreme, full of shops and restaurants and bars. The walk downtown was quiet and safe. Latona was also an easy hotel for tour pickups. Overall a great option for the price and would definitely stay again!

Amazing place to satay!!! Everything was super comforable and well thought out... Breakfast was delicious with a buffet and cutom egg preparation... the staff, family run, was very helpful and accomidating. Highly recommend. The hotel is absolutely beautiful, I loved my room and the jacuzzi. There is a lovely roof terrace with nice views where breakfast is served. The bed is very comfortable and the hotel is managed by kind and helpful brothers. I highly recommend this hotel.

We had a wonderful stay at Latona Palace! Although our flight was delayed and we didn’t arrive until around 3 a.m., the owner and hotel staff stayed in touch the entire time, checking to make sure we landed safely. It was such a relief to see someone waiting for us at the reception when we arrived in the middle of the night. They were incredibly kind and welcoming — helped us check in smoothly, carried our luggage to the room, and even guided us to a nearby store and arranged an airport shuttle for our departure. This is a family-owned hotel with a truly warm and friendly atmosphere. The rooms were clean and comfortable, the food was delicious, and the view of the valley was beautiful — all within walking distance! Overall, we had an excellent experience and felt very well cared for. A big thank-you to the entire staff for their hospitality and for creating such a welcoming environment. Highly recommended!

The young men, owners (brothers)who built the hotel themselves were extremely polite and friendly. I was so impressed by these young hard working business men. Their cousin also very helpful and polite person was enjoyable to talk with. Tips on the area and what to see. The breakfast every morning was just wonderful and tasty. Kudos to them. A very charming little kind place to stay for a few days. I would definately return to this establishment.
