Great hotel with exceptional service close to town

Beautiful family run hotel who go out of there way to ensure you’re comfortable and having a great time. The rooms are beautifully presented, the breakfast was delicious, and the service all round was amazing! The roof top view of the hot air balloon was worth waking up at 6:30am to watch….it was spectacular!

Great hotel with exceptional service close to town

Beautiful family run hotel who go out of there way to ensure you’re comfortable and having great time. The rooms are beautifully presented, the breakfast was delicious, and the service all round was amazing! We had a wonderful stay at this gorgeous cave hotel. Everyone was very hospitable and the breakfast was delicious with great variety. We had a chance to learn how to make traditional dolma with the staff which was an exciting opportunity. The location was great and near to all the essential locations in goreme. 10/10 would recommend!

Wonderful stay!

My new Husband and I had a wonderful honeymoon stay here. Everyone we met who worked here were so friendly and genuinely happy to be there and to help. This was the first place on our trip through Turkiye that we felt that Turkish hospitality. The location was fantastic in the centre of Goreme, not far from the main strip, and towards the tip of the hill for a view. Our room was lovely, very clean and fresh and we just loved the hot tub in the room, certainly a highlight of this hotel. I couldn't recommend this place further for a quaint locally run, welcoming hotel.

Sıcak su sorunu.

Otelin jakuzili olan Honeymoon odasını tuttum. 1 gün konaklama gerçekleşticektim. Saat 2'de girişimizi gerçekleştirdik. İlk olarak jakuzide küçük kıl ve tüyler vardı. Temizlemelerini istedik hızlı şekilde temizlediler. Sıcak suyu kullanmak istediğimizde ise sıcak suyun olmadığını farkettik. Düzeltileceğini usta geleceğini aktsrdılar. Ustaların gelmesi beklendi saatler geçti. Hala sıcak suyu kullanamadık. Otele gitiş saatimiz 2'den akşam 7'ye kadar bomboş suyun gelmesini bekledim. Ertesi gün odadan çıkış zaten 11 idi. Yani sıcak su olmadığı için konaklamam henüz başlamamış sayılırdı ama genel konaklama süremden gidiyordu zaman. Bir süre sonra otelden ayrılmak istedim ve farklı bir otele yerleştim. Saat 8'de... Rezil olduk maalesef. Aksaklık olabilir ancak odayı teslim etmeden kontroller yapılmalıydı.

Yeni hizmete açılmış olmasına rağmen otel her yönüyle gerçekten çok iyiydi. Gerek temizlik gerek çalışanların ilgi ve alakası olsun gayet memnun kaldık. Konakladığımız oda resimlerdeki ile birebir aynıydı. Otelin terasında bulunan yemek salonunda yaptığımız kahvaltı çok çeşitliydi. Kek, kurabiye, börek ve reçel el yapımı ve çok lezzetliydi. Göreme otogara yürüme mesafesinde olması ile de ulaşımı kolaydı. Herşey için çok teşekkür ederiz.

La stanza 203 è ricavata in una "grotta" quindi le dimensioni sono sproporzionate, il bagno è più grande della stanza da letto. Ma stare all'interno di Goreme vale la pena!

Kullanışsız bir oda lavabo kapısı yok gibi birşey çift olaraka gidecekseniz tercih etmeyin derim. Duş almak imkansız sular banyodan odaya giriyor. Jakuzi girilebilecek boyutta değil Odada kıyafet asacak dolap yok. Odada havlu su terlik gibi şeyler yenilenmedi hepsini kendimiz sürekli talep ettik. Sadece konumu çok iyi. Tek başına kalmak için ideal
