This is the ultimate Good Vibes destination for families looking for a unique and unforgettable experience.



Our Tipi cabins are spacious and can accommodate up to 6 guests comfortably in three queen beds. Each insulated Tipi is uniquely furnished and equipped with air conditioning, ensuring a cool retreat in the summer and a cozy haven in the winter months. The cabins also feature a small kitchenette with a sink, dorm-size fridge, and all the necessary kitchen items for cooking basic meals.



A private bathroom with a cabinet sink, plumbed toilet, and a large walk-in tiled shower is located close to each Tipi for your convenience and safety with individual coded locks. You have your own designated bathroom during your stay.



Relax and enjoy the outdoors by the fire pits or BBQ grills, perfect for spending quality time with your loved ones. Take a leisurely stroll down our Path of Positivity, a private trail that leads you to the banks of the Guadalupe River. It’s about 125 yards to the beautiful banks of the river where you can sip your morning coffee or unwind with an afternoon cocktail on the waterfront deck. Bring your fishing gear and try to catch a big one!



Our windowless Tipis provide the ideal environment for a restful afternoon nap or a peaceful night's sleep. Challenge your friends with outdoor games like ping-pong, corn hole, and tether ball. You may also bring your own games to enjoy.



For tubing enthusiasts, we offer a shuttle stop at the Tipis during the warmer seasons. There are plenty of attractions and activities close by, including boat rentals, tubing, fly-fishing, bird-watching, local restaurants, wineries, and breweries. Plus, if you're a music lover, you'll be thrilled to know that Whitewater Amphitheater and Gruene Dance Hall are just a few miles away offering regular concerts for your enjoyment.



In addition to our Tipi cabins, we have a couple of smaller bungalow cabins that are perfect for smaller groups. Be sure to ask the Host about other accommodations offered!
