The main level features an open, airy floorplan with plenty of room for you and your guests to spread out. Let the kids be kids in the basement with the additional living space and extra-large TV for movie night!
OUTDOOR GATHERING SPACES
Pull up a seat in the screened in porch with pass-through bar and enjoy a cup of coffee or a glass of wine, listening to the sounds of nature surrounding âWoodsview.â The porch comfortably accommodates 16 between a long dining table and lounge area. Grill some dinner and toast marshmallows for dessert. Then jump in the private hot tub (new in May 2023) to relax after a long day's adventure. The community pool is conveniently located next door with a large sun lounge and screened in community space. Soak up the sun while you enjoy the community garden, check out Adventure Island where the fun is never ending, only a short 5-minute walk.

The White Pine community is a one of a kind in the area, where our guests are welcome to the private community pool*, large sun lounge*, community garden* and fishing pond. The White Pine Community charges an 8% of rent fee (max $250) when the seasonal pool is open - end of May through end of September.
