🚭 No Smoking
Smoking is strictly prohibited anywhere on the property.
Guests found smoking will incur a $250 fine plus damages, along with possible automatic reservation cancellation and reporting to Airbnb.

🎉 No Parties or Unauthorized Guests
Parties are not allowed under any circumstances. Unauthorized guests or events will result in a $500 fine, immediate cancellation of the reservation, and reporting to Airbnb.

🛠️ Damage Reporting
If you notice any damage upon arrival or during your stay, please inform the host immediately so repairs can be arranged. Failure to report damages may result in a $250 fine plus repair costs, along with possible reservation cancellation and reporting to Airbnb.
No smoking in the unit. $225 charge for smoke smell and/or ash.
