I like the text option for things we need, like requesting towels. The staff delivered the towels immediately. I like the 24 hours coffee machine because coffee is life! The Internet is fast and reliable. Cable TV is available. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The hotel is near the Tabasco factory at Avery Island. Overall, we had a great stay as a family.
