The neighborhood that this house is in is a lake golf course country club community. This house is well below standard for what you would expect. It appeared the owners live in the house. When we arrrived we found soiled towels hanging in the kitchen. One bed appeared to have been slept in even though the owner says they were clean. There was a Christmas tree still up in the living room. There were weird mannequin heads over the bed I. The master bedroom. The sofas are soiled and had some tears on some seams. The sofas had dirty covers on them. There was food left on the counter and in the fridge, weeds filled the lawn, plastic faded plants are on the steps of the house. I have rented many homes over the years and never walked into a home and left immediately. We were traveling from out of town and had to find other accommodations at last minute. If this could have been remedied by the owner we would have stayed. The whole rental is subpar and we were very disappointed!
