If you are driving in and parking a vehicle, we do not offer on-site parking. We recommend a Park First parking lot located at 740 Baronne St, lot #1150. Cost per night vary based on demand in the city.

Early check-in or late check-out may be available for your stay for an additional fee of $150 for a 12pm arrival or $250 for a 2pm arrival. A late departure of 12pm would be an additional fee of $150 (an extra 2 hours).

Unfortunately, we are unable to store luggage pre- or post-stay, so if you need to guarantee an earlier arrival or departure, we recommend booking the night before or after in order to guarantee anything earlier than the 2pm arrival or later than a 12pm departure.

If there is evidence found of smoking in the unit, you will be charged a $400 smoking fee and asked to leave immediately without refund. Glitter found in the unit is an automatic $100 additional cleaning fee.
