So bright, fresh & clean!!! Comfy bed, very walkable location. Cannot recommend this property enough if you want to be near tours, jazz, and the French Quarter. Hint: Close the bedroom door and the streetcar noise disappears at night. Super smooth check-in and checkout.

Our host, Eric, was very responsive throughout the process. Property was comfortable and very convenient. We loved being close to the action but far enough away that we didn't hear the noise. Bed was very comfortable. Bath was nice and living area was lovely.

Eric is one of the best, if not the best host I’ve interacted with so far. He was responsive to questions we had regarding our stay. He was accomodating by allowing us to have a late check-in. The apartment was clean, and had all that we needed for a short stay. 10/10
