Good location - walking distance to all of French Quarters' locations and Jackson Square. Staff was awesome and helpful. Room was comfortable and bed was nice but the rooms and the hotel are a bit dated. Some upgrades would be great.

The room was great. The staff were very nice and helpful. The hotel itself is close but far enough from all the commotion. Breakfast was also good. If I even go back to New Orleans I will stay here again.

The lobby was immaculate and staffed by helpful individuals. TheThe room was clean but small. Not sure it was up to the 36inch fire code between the foot of the bed and the wall. The bathroom was also very clean, but small. The parking garage was atrocious; if you do not drive a compact car, do not stay here. It was secured though.

Building is very old and some rooms are being renovated. The AC unit was leaving a musty mildew smell in the room. Unavoidable in the summer I’m sure. However, it was very clean, staff was very kind.

The property was good. Wonderful open-air courtyard, nice pool, great breakfast, clean rooms, friendly staff. Parking is hard. Leave your Hummer at home. Limited space, VERY tight spaces but it is secure. Need to remember you're in a very historic place. They utilize ALL space, EVERYWHERE in New Orleans.

Front desk staff, incredibly friendly and0 helpful. Parking was weird. Finding the elevators was weird. Our parking spot was very far away from room. Bed comfy, clean, shower was great. Loved the bodywash, shampoo, and conditioner the choose. I do wish there was a small fridge in room. Some our items went bad due to no fridge. The place itself is absolutely beautiful
