lots of construction during my stay and valet parking was expensive, we found cheaper parking at a garage nearby. Otherwise, everything was great! The room was really nice and the front desk staff was very friendly

The property had a nice location for the price. That's a couple blocks off canal. Gave you street cars. Two more blocks down. Put you in the quarter. Convenient breakfast and late night spots close by..

No explanation. The weekend front desk was rude and abrupt and as an honors member I was not given my complimentary bag . The hotel was basic never any staff around. Beds were not made. Worst stay ever!

A very nice room, although I had to ask how to turn on the sconce lights next to the bed, smdh lol. I would ask to make sure that the bathroom shower be clear of stray hairs on the wall. I get it, things happen. Just a quick once over before turning the room over will do. Thank you Ms. Betty for keeping my room straight.
