• Occupancy Limits: Overnight guests must not exceed the room's maximum occupancy. Extra guests or visitors need management approval; violators may be fined $200 - $500.
• Early Check-In/Late Check-Out: Available based on availability; additional charges apply.
• Please note that a refundable damage deposit of $200 may be applied during your stay.

• Quiet Hours:
- Please observe quiet hours from 9:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
- Violation of quiet hours may result in a $200 fine.
• Guest Liability:
- The property owner is not responsible for any accidents, injuries, theft, or damage to personal belongings that may occur on the property or its facilities.
• Same-Day Late Check-ins:
- For same-day late check-ins, please obtain the host's approval before booking your stay.
• Local resident restrictions apply. Guests residing within a 25-mile radius are required to contact the host before booking.
