The first room that my family and I was assigned to had dirty floors. It was like the housekeepers poured corn syrup and brake oil on the floors. My mother is 74 and almost slipped. Fortunately,the front desk assigned us to a different room. I recommend management to do a quality check of their rooms before they assign them to their guests. Might save them a lawsuit down the line.

My husband and I stayed at the Holiday Inn New Orleans-French Quarters. We really enjoyed our stay. The room was clean, the ac worked very well, and it was very easy to call the front desk with questions or concerns.
