We didn't see or use a bar. The air conditioning worked great but, we had to turn it off and turn on the heat as it was cool at night. The room was clean and the staff especially in the morning was very friendly and knowledgeable about where we had to go.

Eggs & sausage were cold despite being on hot plates. They were doing renovations, not sure if that is why the 3rd floor hallway smelled funny. Tub in my room was overdue for a replacement.

The evening staff who checked me in the customer service was lacking. Im use to hotel staff who are welcoming, give directions to find elevators, and give breaktast and checkout times. This is always given without asking but not this time. I had to ask where the elevators were. Im aware majority hotels breakfast & checkout times are the same. In the room the shower curtain was gone. When i called to tell same staff about the problem she just said that was weird. No im sorry about the inconvenience. I had to pick up the shower curtain at the front desk and put it up. The morning staff were friendlier.

Good for a quick one night stay when traveling

Service was great but the hotel is old. It is as clean as it can be for the age of it in the room. Our only big complaint was the smell, carpet may be old or wet from the AC. Overall not bad for a quick stay

It smelled so badly of weed that I got a contact high. The place was not well lit off the road and in a bad looking run down area. The front doors were open, people congregated by the doors smoking and letting that smell also come in the doors. It was not a very savory place to be, the restaurant was closed by the time I got there. Front desk guy was very nice everything else was very displeasing.

Assumed all Holiday Inn hotels had standards, that it couldn't have been bad even though it's in an ugly spot along the freeway. Well, our room had a very strong musty smell, so strong that I carried the smell in my hair/clothes after leaving the room. Fortunately I had a travel candle and some natural lavender mist with me so that helped. Then, on our first morning there, at 8:15am someone came barging into our room EVEN THOUGH we had the do not disturb sign hanging on the door. My husband and I were still in our sleep attire but could've easily been stepping out of the shower or undressed so this was unsettling. Plus they immediately slipped out the nearby side exit door (we were on ground floor) so at first we thought they were outsiders attempting to burglarize our room. Wasn't until my husband reported to front desk, security footage was viewed and he was told they were employees. The women said they thought we had checked out, even thought we were booked for the following night as well. We felt really uncomfortable here after that incident. Took our valuables with us during the day while out because we didn't feel secure. Front desk employee Charmaine was very nice, spoke with the manager (who we never met) but they didn't offer us any sort of compensation whatsoever because we'd booked 3rd party, with Expedia. The place looks old and stale.

Good breakfast.!

Great service and pretty good breakfast. Clean and comfortable rooms . If you there on a Sunday, you may be able to catch Sunday Service.
