Room was nice but when we went in we found the last guest’s dental retainer on the sink in the bathroom. And there were empty water bottles and other litter under the extra fold out bed. Otherwise the property was nice. The complementary breakfast was good and the staff was nice. It was also very close to the French Quarter and the stadium.

I liked the hotel but my room was missing the shutters so at night it wasn’t completely dark, the light in the bathroom was malfunctioning flickering like a strobe light thank god I don’t have epileptic seizures. The couch needs to be refurb it’s worn all the way down. Bed was ok pillows are super small. The area is full of homeless people laid on the sidewalks shooting up drugs and leaving needles in the street.

When we first arrived the front desk staff was amazing, friendly, helpfull. Made you feel like you were home. We were there for 7 nights housekeeping came on our 3rd day took our towels and garbage. Did not give us clean towels. It would have been nice if bed had been made also. Went to use the pool 3 mornings around 11 ,no towels, went to do laundry washing machines did not work. The front workers again was awesome but even though i said good morning to breafast Attendant every day not one smile or hello. And housekeeping was really lacking. This is the first time in my life i left no tip for housekeeping. The location worked well for us. I will recommend this hotel, but i am hoping some of my problems will be fixed

The location was good, right in the French Quarter if that's where you intentionally want to be. Otherwise it's right next to a homeless cafeteria. The gym was nice and we enjoyed the breakfast and wine with cheese social hour! The staff was nice. Pool was cute but small. Some of the dishes in the kitchen were dirty when we first arrived but overall we liked it.

Rooms were clean and comfortable.

It was a good stay. They had a concierge that helped us with some tours. The room was good. The bed was very comfortable and clean. The kitchen area was well equipped and clean. The carpets are due for replacement and the shower could use a little upgrade of the shower head. We were disappointed in the breakfast. Not many options and things were shared instead of individual. Jelly was not individual packets but rather a canister with a shared knife. The same for many other condiments and foods.

I enjoyed my stay here. I have stayed in TONS of French Quarter hotels and this property will be my new “go to” place. The free breakfast was nice and something that’s VERY rare to find in a FQ hotel. i enjoyed the pool and utilized the fitness center as well. I also got to partake in the “Evening Social” which is only offered on Wednesdays but my stay included a Wednesday. The property is a very short walk from the bus that will take you to and from the airport. At $1.25 a ride, it’s foolish to use a taxi or Uber/Lyft. The only negative to this hotel is the WiFi was poor. I did join Hilton Honors which the hotel says is required for free WiFi but even so it was spotty and uneven for my entire stay. This isn’t the 1990s….this really should be fixed as I have never seen it this bad at any other hotel. Other than this one complaint, I am a very happy customer.
