Great hotel, all staff were very friendly and helpful. They are pet friendly and front desk was able to put us in a room close to an exit making it easy for us to take the dog out for potty breaks. Beautiful and clean rooms. Highly recommend this hotel!

This hotel canceled my reservation. My flight got in late and when we arrived at the hotel at 12:21 PM, we were told our reservations were canceled and there is nothing more they could do to assist. We were told that we was supposed to call the hotel at 10 pm to let them know we would be arriving late. They sent us a cancellation email at 12:05 am. I’m not sure how we were supposed to call anyone, while we were 35,000 feet in the air. Nonetheless, we went to the Marriott property next door and was able to get a room. Thank you Marriott!

Everything from the beginning check-in to the breakfast to the staff to the manager to the property to the convenience of being able to get to and from places, was impeccable!! if I could give them 1000 stars I would they were absolutely amazing if you are going to New Orleans stay at this hotel!!

Overall, it was a nice day. The location is more than five minutes away from the Superdome. I was confused on why the showerhead was on one side of the shower wall and the faucet was on the other side and why there was no hand sanitizer nowhere in the hotel, not even in the exercise room

This is a very nice hotel. The rooms are large with a kitchenette and a few dishes. The bed was comfortable and everything is fairly new. The only downside is that you need a car to get around since restaurants are a few miles away. Also, the breakfast was good.
