Totally satisfied with Hyatt never disappoint. The breakfast was great and the atmosphere was fantastic. Clean friendly staff the the rooms size was great. The hotel shows its age with the wear on its carpets, walls etc. definitely needs to have the decor updated. Otherwise totally satisfied with the hotel.

AC didn’t work. Wasn’t even turned on for cooling and it was 100 degrees outside. I can’t sleep if it’s 70 or above. Never got below 70 in the room. Also the toilet kept stopping up. Wasn’t anything I did…. Maintenance didn’t come until we were packing up to check out. Also asked about a cruse shuttle to the port 3/4 mile away, they said there isn’t one. But we walked out the building the next morning and one was sitting out front. Horrible experience. Will not stay at this place again.

Wedding Anniversary and PAW Convention

The staff at the Hyatt Place were attentive and amazing. There were a mass amount of of people pulling them in all directions, from the front-desk to the valet but the hotel staff remained so courteous and professional. My room was nice and comfortable. We were placed on the 3rd floor which provided an additional seating area, which was absolutely wonderful. My only concern was the bathroom in our room. There was visible mold in the shower stall, that was concerning, and the water pooled in the stall making it a slip hazard.

Good location

Pay close attention you either need to find parking or pay $45 a day for their service. Not horrible especially if you use public transportation while there. Very good breakfast and just a couple blocks from the city's trains and trolleys.
