I loved staying in the arts district. The property had a lot of positives. The negative was communication . Finding the parking lot was confusing . Having to go out every day & reset parking was annoying. Not understanding where to check in .. how to get to the bar., and the tv ?? Simple things that could have easily been addressed on check in..

Very lovely stay! Everything was perfect! I wish the property answered my email requests though, asking for trash removal, because I was not sure how to handle the trash for the long stay.

This was a very cool boutique apartment hotel which for our four day stay was perfect. It had a full kitchen and a balcony. The surrounding area was gorgeous. Lots of art galleries and fantastic restaurants we would definitely recommend.

The property certainly is presented a little better on the photos than in person. Don’t get me wrong, the lobby is beautiful, but the rooms lack the same artistic appeal. The pool area was really dirty. The floors needed to be pressure washed, the lounge beds were moldy. It looks like the place started off with great intention but there’s a lazy feel about how they are keeping up with everything. Parking is ridiculous at times if you don’t know the area well. I hope that you all can turn things around and provide better service and take care of the property properly. Nobody wants to visit an aesthetically please but dirty facility.

roons was awesome…loved all the amenities…having a fridge and a stove….💯 The gym is huge and has a sauna…and the pool area is great! A block from Peche and Maria’s Oysters!

Hotel with resort vibes

Excellent hotel. We enjoyed the rooftop bar and pool. The use of The Common House was a great perk. The food and drinks there were fantastic, and the daily/nightly activities were an added bonus. The hotel felt more like a resort. It was convenient to have a washer/dryer in the room. We didn't have to take dirty clothes home. The location is ideal. It was close enough to walk to most areas but far enough away from all the craziness and noise. And the hotel smelled great! We would definitely recommend others to stay.
