This is my third stay in the last couple of months. This last stay the water was hot as the two other rooms did not have hot water. The front desk clerks were awesome. They were friendly, professional, and accommodating.

New management an dirty filthy rooms. Disappointe.

The new management is not properly keeping up property. Use to say here for the last 8 years when visiting family in Louisiana. This time new owners. It’s June pool not fix, nasty, rooms dirty had to move twice. First room smelled like dogs, hair was in room. Second room had hand prints on tv. Mirrors dirty, left the next morning instead of three nights took that lost. It was disappointing just dirty. Had to go get toilet tissue from front desk. It was not a nice experience.

I liked the retro feel. Clean, nice shower, clean bed. Yes, a good night. The AC on high was plenty cool but a bit noisy for light sleepers. Otherwise fine.

I instantly regretted my decision to stay here. When my boyfriend and I first walked in the room, there was absolutely no air on. It is June in Lousiana!! The heat index is typically 105•-115•. It was extremely stuffy and it took a while for it to cool down. The AC was blowing cold but it took a long time and it was very small room. Oh and the bathroom felt like a sauna.

We had to get a room after traveling a few hours and we came to this Motel 6. We had no issues checking in. The lady at the front desk was nice and quick. Room was clean and had no issues outside or around the building. I was happy with my stay.

I've stayed at this property before and had no reservations about staying again. Let me stress by saying, at no point was there more than 10-15% (by outward appearances) occupancy. Pluses: Room was clean and fairly new. Minuses: My room was further to the backside of the property. I'd have to leave the water run for 5 minutes before I would have hot water in a severely under pressured shower. Secondly, over the course of 5 nights, my room wasn't serviced once, and after the 3rd night, I had to go ask for fresh towels. (again, not that busy) Lastly, beware of and don't feed the neighborhood strays. I was sitting outside my room having a smoke and one of the extended residents asked for a light. After joining me for a smoke, my bad, he asked if I had any extra, and when I declined, pointed out a few places nearby to restock. The stray, seemed to be hanging out waiting for my return the next day to ask for another light. I noped out of that situation. (Just an annoying encounter that I brought on myself)

I paid for a extra night two hours before checkout and the housekeeper bust in my room disrespectfully asking am i leaving checkout is at 11. All because the front desk person was talking to her boyfriend and didnt update the housekeeper on the extra night. Noone took accountability the manager only said sorry but u paid late which was a lie cuz i had a confirmation at 9:11am when checkout is at 11 and when i showed him he just looked dumbfounded!I was exposed and disrespected. A person is always suppose to announce themselves no matter what!Wont ever come back!!!!!!!!
