We booked this place for an event we were going to, and stayed for a week.
The house was easy to find, in a pretty quiet neighborhood, and was very clean.
We loved how spacious it was, especially the kitchen. The back porch was really cute, and a nice place to hang out in the evenings. Two of our party ended up not coming, so both kids got their own rooms and absolutely loved it.
They provided several rolls of toilet paper, a roll of paper towels, a sponge and dish soap, towels, clean sheets, and laundry detergent! The washer and dryer came in real handy one night too. It was nice not having to bring all these things, and still having the ability to clean our sweaty clothing.
The neighborhood looked a little sketchy, but it was quiet, and we had positive experiences with some of the neighbors. We didn't have any problems leaving our car parked on the street all week.
There is a streetcar stop about a 8-10 minute walk from the house, which made getting to the French quarter easy.
I do recommend that if you are going to book with these owners, use their contact info from their actual site instead of on here, they reply faster that way. Also, the last payment might take an extra week to process! It did for us, but everything was square by the time we were on the way to New Orleans!
If we ever make it back to NOLA, I would absolutely consider staying here again!
