Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights, lock the doors, and return the keys
Check out time is 11:00 AM. • Place any towels in the loft closet laundry basket. • Place all trash in the outside trash can next to the rear door. • Close blinds and turn off all lights and TVs.
•. Leave the house key on the kitchen counter. • Lock the rear door handle, then lock the front door using the keypad when you leave.
If you need a late check-out, please message to see if I can accommodate your request. The fee is $25 per hour.
