No pool, but we knew that going in. I got a pre-arrival Email asking me if I had any requests for our room. I asked for half-and-half and 2 robes, but received none of that. There is no bath amenities of any kind except in the family-size dispensers, and the one in the shower - which is supposed to contain some substance which does double duty as shampoo AND soap, was completely empty. I have no scientist, but I suspect you should use 2 different products for cleaning your body, and cleaning your hair. Just sayin.
