The room was perfectly clean and unique. The decor was modern up-to-date, and perfectly unique. Love the ambience every single staff that greeted me were kind and friendly. Would recommend staying here anytime.

Second time staying. Love the rooms! But no amenities (toiletries etc). Room wasn’t cleaned properly, trash bin wasn’t emptied, robes not hung up, etc. Feel staff could use more training and improvement. Valet service also too slow. I received message to collect car in 12 minutes and when I went downstairs the valet hadn’t even left to get it so we ended up waiting close to 30 min. Also, charged for hotel amenities (pool, spa) even though don’t use b/c don’t really have time.

The hotel was beautiful and the room was nicely arranged. The problem was the hotel staff. I had several poor experiences in a row. The communication was lacking - when I didn't receive amenities I had arranged for beforehand (a charcuterie board & wine for my partner's birthday), I was told my order was "being prepped" for over an hour. I had called a day before to have this in the room when we checked in. I checked in with staff 3 times about this. The only response was that it would be "ready in 10 minutes." There were other instances of poor customer service from the hotel. There wasn't housekeeping in the 5 days/4 nights we were there. For a four-star hotel and the price, this is unacceptable. Additionally, when we went to the rooftop bar, we were told after we ordered our drinks that those drinks weren't available. It is a beautiful hotel, but customer service was severely lacking.

We were able to check in at 9 am. That was wonderful. The place is beautiful with a nice bar. It was decorated for the holidays. However, the room we checked into had little to no water pressure. The shower did not work. Right in the middle of a playoff football game the tv froze. A tech came and fixed it. 10 minutes later we had to call again. We asked to be moved to a new room at 11 pm. The staff was helpful. After a full day of travel. This added to our frustration. We would stay again. Hopefully the problem in from 502 have been fixed. Cheers to a New Year.

We loved this hotel until the last three nights of our stay, we stayed a week. Room service was awful, we asked for wine glasses three different times and they never came. Room cleaning didn’t clean the rooms very well at all and wouldn’t sweep or clean the floors. Also our last night we asked if we could check out online or if it had to be in person. They said in person only and we told them we had to leave at 3am to catch our flight back home, they said no problem they had someone 24/7 at the desk. Yet we came down and had a uber waiting, nobody was there and the security guard who was sleeping on the Sofa said he will call the guy. He called him and said he would be right down….. 26min later still not there and he said he was coming down. We had to leave without seeing anyone for check out otherwise we would have missed our flight. Another family who also was waiting had to do the same thing. Really it’s a nice hotel but not the cleanest or best services. The restaurant staff was amazing though and the food was good.

We LOVED this hotel. The location is fabulous, close to the French quarter but far enough to be in a quiet area. The room was spectacular, amenities were incredible. The restaurant had great bites, rooftop bar had great cocktails. One of the highlights of our stay however was the gentleman working the coffee bar! He was funny, personable and hospitable, honestly made us laugh and have fun together with our morning pastry. Highly recommend this hotel!
