The room was decent. Nothing fancy. The bed was not the most comfortable, but I've stayed in rooms with way worse beds. It was a quiet hotel. Breakfast was decent. Plenty of options.

We have stayed here many times and have always been pleased. The hotel has great staff. The rooms are always clean and the hotel itself is pretty and comfortable. It is in a good location for shopping.

The staff exceeded my expectations when I called the front desk to inform them that the refrigerator was very loud. She immediately found us another room. I picked up the keys and we slept like babies.

Beautiful place, except the pool. Water was green and unswimmable which our kids were looking forward too for months. Front desk staff did accommodate some and told us we could use the pool at the sister hotel Berlin Resorts, about a 10min drive each way. Kids still got to swim but it broke our party up(grandparents and such who didnt plan on swimming but would have watched). They werent going to leave again. That was disappointing to find out after arriving. It was one of the more important parts for us with the kids. Breakfast was good and room was clean though. check in was easy.
