I can’t say enough good things about this hotel. Soon as you walk in, we meant the sweetest people at the front desk two lovely ladies we talked about dogs and our family. They were so sweet. The lady that made the breakfast was amazing. She was so sweet as well. We are from Pennsylvania and this is going to be our go to hotel every year going forward when we are heading to Chicago for our Cubs baseball games. This place was so clean so comfortable. I wish we could’ve stayed longer. If I could give 10 stars, I would give 10 stars, but the app only lets me give five. :) Absolutely the best hotel my husband and I have ever stayed at.

Our stay for myself and my sister. The hot tub is nice and hot, the pool was good and refreshing. The breakfast was great with lots to choose from, scrambled eggs, waffles, light syrup, yogurt, danish, muffins. My sister went out side to smoke, first her key didn’t work, she had forgotten which room we were in, front desk refused to tell her what room we were staying in.

The room I reserved is not the one we had. I went to the desk and was told that yes the room I booked was available but I couldn’t move to it because it was an upgrade. Not an upgrade because I paid for the other room. I did however offer to pay for the upgrade and she told me no. I asked to speak to someone else who could move us and she said no. 2 days after check-in she called to ask if we wanted to move. OF COURSE NOT!! I’m already unpacked. She said her manager would be leaving us a message. That never happened! It was noisy despite very few people being there. We have stayed there 3 times a year for the last 5 years as we travel from Oklahoma there to visit family. There was no housekeeping, Covid was 5 years ago. No excuse to not provide housekeeping without asking for it. Hotel has no customer service! Very disappointing.
