Wanaka Beachhouse is a stunning holiday home located right on the Bell Block beachfront in New Plymouth. This property offers unobstructed, breathtaking waterfront views, making it the perfect place to spend your vacation. With direct access to the Scenic Coastal Walkway, guests can cycle or walk past some of New Plymouth's best swimming beaches and into the CBD, just a thirty-minute scenic stroll away. The Parklands shops area is a mere three-minute walk for holiday shopping and a great coffee fix. Families will enjoy the nearby Hickford Park, featuring a velodrome, BMX park, and sports ground. The Mega Valley Shopping Centre is only a six-minute drive away, and Ngamotu Golf Course is just five minutes by car.
