Sailhouse Loft is a contemporary two-bedroomed third floor apartment with sensational panoramic views over New Quay beach and harbour. The perfect location! Situated right on the bay, you might be able to spot the famous bottlenose dolphins who are regular visitors.

Enjoy dinner in the stylish open-plan kitchen diner with views over the sea or relax in the comfortable lounge with its impressive stone-framed window. The apartment has a light, contemporary interior whilst retaining original features.

Sailhouse Loft is in the heart of New Quay, one of Ceredigion’s foremost holiday destinations and is perfect for a fun-filled family holiday or a relaxing break with friends. Explore the many cafes, restaurants, and shops and enjoy an ice cream or fish and chips on the harbour wall.

Take a boat trip to explore the Marine Heritage Coast or walk along the Ceredigion Coastal Path.

Many other beaches and villages to the north and south of New Quay include Llangrannog, Aberporth, Tresaith, and the stunning town of Aberaeron. Further away is the university town of Aberystwyth with its arts centre, museums, and funicular railway. Everywhere is easy to reach by car. Sailhouse Loft is a perfect base for getting to know West Wales.

OUTSIDE
Parking is available in the nearby public car park, approximately 150 yards away. It is possible to unload in the loading bay opposite the property, but only if a space is available. Alternatively, you can unload on St John Street, though please note there is usually a 2-hour minimum stay restriction. Once unloaded, park in the Rock Street car park for both unloading and parking.

Lovely cosy stay in this home from home apartment. Yes its on the top floor of the block but so worth it for the stunning views. Perfectly situated for local eateries, cafes, restaurants and cosstal walks.

Beautiful apartment with absolutely stunning views. Well maintained property with all kitchen utensils needed, towels for showering and tea towel. Beds made up also. A bonus was a washing machine so able to wash costumes and towels. An airer was also provided. Was extremely hot when we arrived at the apartment and unfortunately one window was broken so unable to open it in the frontroom. Once we worked out we could open the sky lights having a breeze through the apartment was more bareable. Be aware that this is a loft apartment so you have to walk up quite a few sets of stairs to get to the apartment, there is no lift. So I would advise that really heavy suitcases would be difficult to carry to the top floor. Unfortunately parking is not available at this property. On arrival, the bay for unloading was being used and did not come available until around 7.30pm. To unload our bags from the car would have meant stopping in the road at a busy time and blocking other traffic. Also the bottom carpark was full until around 8.00pm, which is ideally where you would want to park. We had to pay to park at the top car park on arrival to Newquay at around 12.00pm and wait until around 8.00pm until we could bring the car down to the bottom car park, and pay again, with our bags. Once you are able to park at the bottom, it costs, at the time of writing this, £7.00 for 24 hours. On the whole, apartment amazing, views awesome. Parking and stairs could be an issue for some.
