New Smyrna is a beach town that has managed to keep its quant small beach town identity while offering beautiful white sandy beaches kissed by sparkling blue water.
Our condo is located on the Non-Driving on portion of the beach and only a few minutes from Flagler Avenue where you will find shopping, art galleries, restaurants and nightspots.
The non-drive beach offers a safe place for the little ones to play in the sand while you enjoy the exclusivity of the beach without noisy cars and stinky gas fumes.

NO elevators to travel just WALK Out of the PATIO DOOR and GRAB the BEACH CHAIRS, UMBRELLA, BOOGIE BOARDS AND SAND TOYS >> All Provided for you.

It virtually feels like you own the beach.

Want to come off of the beach and enjoy the pool? That too is right outside the patio door. The shuffle boards and barbecue grill, yep you guessed it right outside of the patio door.

Great stay for Long Weekend

Our stay was wonderful! The owners add so many details to make staying here a great experience. We were in town for a youth sports tournament and it was such a cozy relaxing place to come back to at the end of the day. The beds were the most comfortable we’ve experienced on many travels. We hope we can come back soon and stay again!

Perfect stay!

This was our first stay at this condo and it was perfect! The communication was excellent, beautiful ocean and pool views right from the unit, very comfortably furnished and supplied, and clean! The unit was well stocked for bathrooms, cleaning, and kitchen needs and the owner had even left us a very thoughtful and tasty welcome basket with treats! Loved the easy access to the beach and pool and will definitely plan a return visit.

This condo was absolutely perfect, it had everything we needed. Beds and furniture were very comfortable, kitchen and bathrooms had everything we needed, they even had sunscreen, shampoos and conditioner which was a surprise and we sure appreciated it. The place was well decorated with a beach theme and was very clean, felt freash. Lots of beach gear aswell and nice big beach towels to use. Now the location of this property had it all, as it was right by the pool, and ocean, than being on the ground floor was so nice to beable to just walk right out to the pool or ocean. The people staying/living there were all so friendly and welcoming. Lots of restaurants and shopping close by, we went to the outlet mall a couple of times which was only 25mins away. We had the pool and beach almost all to ourselves during most of our stay, it was so peaceful and the weather was sunny and warm just perfect. We will hopefully be coming back to stay here again as we loved it so much! Oh and the ocean was great to play in as the bottom is all sandy, we had fun playing in the waves and collecting seashells as we walked the shoreline of the beach. We even got to see dolphins and we loved watching the pelican birds. Oh and the bakery right across the road had the best eggs Benedict I have ever had!

Gir’ls trip!!

Two friends and I found this condo to be the best one we’ve stayed at! The ground level access and steps to the pool and beach were fantastic! The view from the patio is breath taking. The condo itself was squeaky clean and very well stocked. From books, to games, to beach towels and beach chairs, everything we could possibly need was there. We will stay again! 😃

LOVE! This condo is perfect! From the views to the comfortable beds. I sat at the dining table and watched dolphins while I drank my coffee 3 out of the 6 days. Being able to walk 10 yards to the beach or 10 ft to the pool was the best part. Easily accessible. Elena was very nice and even let us check in a day early with only a few hour notice. I had nothing bad to say about this unit. Other guests were asking how we found this unit and if they could have the information for their next visit! Can’t wait to come back!!

This condo has amazing views and is conveniently located on the ground floor which makes access to the beach and pool easy. The beds are comfy and the unit provided everything we needed for our 10 day stay. The complex is small and quaint and the beach is never overcrowded. Highly recommend!!

We had a great stay in #101 at Seacoast Condominiums. We were literally 6 steps to the pool and shuffleboard courts. Grill was right out the door as well as the steps down to the beach. The condo itself was a comfortable size for our group of 4. The condo was clean and the living room furniture was very comfortable. The mattresses were firm for our liking but that is subjective. We are already talking about coming back to Seacoast in December.

Great trip!

This condo was amazing! Communication was excellent starting with the ease of booking and communication with Elena. Beautiful ocean front views and easy beach access! Having chairs and an umbrella was fantastic! The overall cleanliness was impeccable! Thank you for a wonderful stay!

For a quiet, peaceful, true Florida beach experience, you cannot find a better place!

Missing the beach already

We loved everything about this rental! Just "Steps" to the beach...Everything you could ever want in a Vacation. Absolutely loved this place!
