Fully furnished 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom non-smoking condominium overlooking the Atlantic Ocean on the car free side of New Smyrna Beach. The balcony overlooks the seasonally heated pool and the ocean for breathtaking views where you can watch the sunrise. The ocean is never out of sight while you grill-out on the oceanfront sundeck or strike-up a beach side shuffleboard tournament. Sea Coast Condominiums is a paradise for all to enjoy.

Condo can comfortably sleep 6 people with a hide-a-bed sofa in the living room. There are even two extra mattresses located under the twin beds. This fourth-floor unit is equipped with 3 wall-mounted TVs, 2 DVD players, cable and complimentary Wi-Fi. There is also a fully stocked kitchen for your use if you decide to enjoy a romantic dinner on the balcony with the waves of the ocean as your background music.

New Smyrna Beach is charming and quaint with a small-town family-oriented atmosphere. Kick back and relax or head up the street to Flagler Avenue which offers quaint little shops and restaurants. Great family getaway

Very nice, comfy condo, very convenient location, quiet beach. Good floor plan. I'd recommend for the owners to stock toilet paper and paper towels - as those are not necessarily the items that visitors would think they are responsible for. Pool was awesome, very clean and warm. The beach was great too, and we even got to swim in the ocean a bit - we've hit a bit of a wavy season, where the waves were great for surfing, but a bit challenging for swimming. Overall, great stay.

I pretty much stay at the condo because the view of the beach from the balcony is perfect and the sounds of the ocean are mesmerizing. Even though many attractions are not far away from there, I spend my time riding my bike around and playing pickleball at a nearby indoor court that is free, open five days a week and the players are welcoming. Walking the beach and playing Frisbee and kadima are part of my agenda, especially because there is no driving on this part of the beach. I also have a nice sea shell collection from morning walks. The owner and staff are second to none in accommodating my every need.

Why I love to Visit New Smyrna Beach Every Year!

I have been building memories at New Smyrna Beach Florida since the age of 4, now age 40, married with kids, it brings me such joy to extend the New Smyrna Beach memories with my own family and this condo is a key part of our memories/tradition. The condo is a beautiful unit located on the no drive side of the beach. It is clean, fully stocked with everything we need and the perfect place to vacation for a week or two. We have built many sandcastles, swam in the pool for too many hours, floated in the ocean, dodged a wave or two, found some really interesting shells, even a whole starfish, played some competitive shuffle board, played a few games of cards by the beach, took some nice long walks and naps, entertained family and friends, grilled a steak or two, watched turtles nesting on their eggs, captured too many sand flees to count, caught lots of blue fish and an occasional pompano surf fishing, flown a few kites, rented bikes, rented a fishing guide from time to time and caught some trout or red snapper depending on the season. There is a nice small park not too far from the condo – head left on Atlantic and it is on your right hand side. It has a small play area for kids, a fishing pier and the most amazing sightings for dolphin and manatee. I hope you and your family enjoy building your own wonderful memories at New Smyrna Beach as much as we do!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I have been coming to Sea Coast Condominiums since 1993. We have stayed in many different units and never had a problem with any of them. Management has always been kind, patient, and welcoming. Our condo was clean, updated, and well equipped for a week’s stay. There was plenty of room in the pantry for anything we grabbed from the store. Mattresses and sheets were extremely comfortable, and lots of comfy blankets for evenings on the sofa. The location is perfect with the plaza across the street. Beaches and pool area were clean and well cared for. We have always come in May and we’re slightly worried about a crowd or noise coming in June but all guests were respectful and kind as always. Even though we are all strangers, it feels a bit like family that share a home. No concern about leaving chairs, bags, or boogie boards at the beach while we headed up for a quick lunch. It was, as it always has been, an amazing week with our four favorite palm trees and I am confident we will be back again next year.

My only major complaint is that we stayed in a unit ending in 12, and the hallway light shines in through the window, making it very difficult to sleep. Additionally, it’s sometimes difficult to find guest parking so if you have more than 1 vehicle, be aware that may be an issue.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Wonderful time with 4 generations of us girls. The condo was exceptionally nice as was everyone on staff. Plenty of room for everyone. The pool temp and weather were perfect and not too crowded. (no rain)!!!The weather even cooperated and it was sunny all week (no rain)!
