Welcome to Oceanwalk Condo 17-307, a beautifully decorated and spacious 3-bedroom, 2-bath corner unit located in Building 17 of the popular Oceanwalk community in New Smyrna Beach. This bright and inviting condo features coastal Florida décor and beautiful ocean views from the private balcony. Building 17 is one of the closest buildings to the beach access, making it incredibly easy to reach the car-free beach located directly across the street. Oceanwalk is a gated community with secure garage parking for one vehicle and elevator access, and is conveniently located minutes from shopping, dining, and the natural beauty of the Canaveral National Seashore. Guests will also appreciate the condo's close proximity to Rec Building 2 with a pool, hot tub, fitness room, clubhouse with WiFi, grill station, and bocce ball court.

Inside, the spacious open floor plan provides the perfect setting for a relaxing beach vacation. The comfortable living room offers plenty of seating along with a large 75-inch smart TV, creating the perfect place to unwind after a day at the beach. Sliding doors lead to the ocean view balcony with outdoor seating, where you can enjoy the sea breeze and peaceful surroundings. The dining area offers seating for six and connects to the fully equipped kitchen, providing everything needed to prepare meals during your stay.

The main bedroom suite features a king-size bed, a 65-inch smart TV, private balcony access, and a large ensuite bathroom complete with a bidet, walk-in shower, jetted tub, and dual sink vanity. The second bedroom offers a queen-size bed and a 55-inch smart TV, while the third bedroom comfortably accommodates three guests with a full-size bed and twin pullout, and a 55-inch smart TV. A great stay.

Overall a good trip. The property has a great location. It is not ocean front, but just a short walk to beach. The condo is spacious, and well decorated. My only complaint would be the rules of the HOA. There are no floats or balls allowed in pool. So it wasn't much use to us.

Condo was very spacious and very nicely decorated and fully stocked! Loved having 2 decks to sit out on! Location was idea, with just a walk across the street to the beach! Loved that it was supplied with linens & towels! It was great having access to the beach chairs & beach stuff down in the closet in the garage. The only minor issue was that the pool closest to our building was under repairs, otherwise we had everything we needed! Jane at the rental office was super nice & gave us many great restaurant recommendations! Two thumbs up! Would come back in a heart beat!

Christmas with Family

The condo was clean and size as I expected as my brother has a condo in Oceanwalk. The kitchen was NOT equipped for cooking meals unless you were planning on reheating dinners you had taken from "to go" The outside furniture was broken. I told property managers and they said best they could do was a Adirondack chair. Also the freezer door did not stay shut and frankly... I am on vacation and do not expect to wait for repair people or people to come move furniture around (that was another option that was given to me by the management. The freezers I've had been frozen solid as if it had been like that for a week or more. I was told that it was occupied by someone before I came and I could not check in a minute earlier. I find that odd that the people before me did not report the door being open Somewhere in the line of inspection these items were missed. I would probably not stay at this condo unless they upgraded the kitchen cooking pans and knives ect:
