Please note that the building’s elevator is currently out of service and is expected to remain unavailable up to Aug. 2027 while it undergoes a complete upgrade and modernization.

The condo is located on the 4th floor, so guests will need to climb three flights of stairs to access the unit.


If you’re comfortable with the stairs, this is a great opportunity to enjoy a true direct-oceanfront 3BR/3BA condo at an exceptionally reduced rate. You’ll get the same spectacular ocean views, beachfront location, and spacious accommodations—at a price that reflects the temporary elevator situation.

World-famous Daytona International Speedway, Cape Canaveral, and Disney attractions are all within drive distance. I cant say enough good things about this host and the property. Amazing views, clean and well appointed with everything you would need. The beach view is to die for and balcony gives a wonderful extension to the living space. I would higly recommend Michelles condo.

The condo was just as described. We loved the beach and the location . The host was very quick to respond to communications. It is a bit of a walk to get to the restaurants and retail stores and parking can be difficult.We rented bikes and enjoyed using them to get around. The trade off for having a fairly private beach was worth it. We cook a lot of our own meals and the condo has a really nice variety of quality cooking pans and utensils. The beach access next to the condo was nice. I think this is one of the nicest condo properties on the strip.

Great condo and great spot on the beach. View was amazing. Overall an incredible experience and well worth it. If I had to give one word of caution, be careful with the size of vehicle you bring. We had a standard minivan and it was tight in the garage--workable, but tight. This is nothing against the owners, of course.

This is the third time we’ve stayed in this unit. We keep coming back because we appreciate everything about it. We travel with two other couples so it’s very nice that each couple has their own bedroom and bathroom. The host communicates very well and in a timely manner. The unit is always very clean & neat & the location is ideal!
