Beautiful house with all the extras! The kids loved the pool and many games, I loved the hammock. Quick walk to the beach and Flagler Ave. Well stocked kitchen, towels, linens, beach supplies, etc. The massage chair was amazing. Antonio was responsive and a pleasure to work with. Our two families had a blast and hope to Spring Break here again!

Beautiful accommodations with a heated Jacuzzi in the back even though it was chilly out we were still able to go outside and hang out very close to the beach and bonus. There was a massage chair in the master suite.!! also love the upstairs with the game room and a air hockey table as well as universal chargers in every room!!! definitely saving this place to go back in the future!!

New Smyrna is the best place in Florida. I haven't been there in 10 years and I finally got the whole family together and this house was the best. It has everything you need for a perfect vacation. Everyone loved the location and the pool and hot tub. Would definitely stay there again. A special thanks to Antonio for making the whole process amazing.

This Lovely home was perfect for our large group of 12 aged 60-68 year old women. We had decided after our previous trips where some of us had to sleep on blow ups and couches that this time we were getting a place with real beds. These beds pillows and bedding were fluffy, comfy and immaculate. The home was beautiful, well organized, and had every amenity imaginable. Toilet paper was scarce for 12 women. 2 rolls per each of the 4 toilets wasn’t quite enough and we didn’t remember to order any with our grocery delivery. But we made it! The pool was. AMAZING, and quite conducive to our favorite pastime of standing around or floating with our drinks in hand. It was beautifully lit at night and the landscaping was so pretty. Would stay here again in a heartbeat. Anthony was super accommodating as our host! So nice. Thanks!

This property is beautiful, clean, stocked with incidentals, and is equipped with all sorts of extras. I rent a place for family every year, and this is by far the best. Also, this is now my favorite beach in FL so far.

Wonderful home!

I can’t express enough what a wonderful week we had at this beautiful beach home! The hosts thought of everything to make us comfortable during our stay. Beds are comfy, kitchen is well-stocked, and we loved the floor plan! The game room was a bonus for our grandkids, and they used it on repeat! The walk to the beach is just right across the street and so convenient. Shops and restaurants on Flagler are right down the road and close by. The pool area is amazing, as well as the hot tub within the pool. Our host was amazing and attentive to all our needs, with a quick response on any questions we had. We will be back again and again! The whole family loved this home and is recommending it to their friends. Thank you for going above and beyond with all your attention to detail. It’s much appreciated.

Spring break

We rented this house for spring break me and my family stayed there with my daughter and some of her friends. It’s an awesome location, beautiful house and tons of little extras in the garage for the beach. Essentially everything you need even the kitchen was stock with spices and olive oil and coffee and miscellaneous things which other places don’t have which just made it that much easier to slide right in and enjoy a seamless transition from your house to a house rental.

From even before we booked Antonio was always so friendly and communicative, answering all my questions and concerns!
