This hotel was FABULOUS! The view you see if the view you get! STUNNING magazine worthy view of the Brooklyn bridge. Almost kid free. The rooftop bar and lounge had stunning views of the Brooklyn bridge and Hudson river. Just minutes away from Manhattan and close enough to walk to the Bridge. Room service was excellent. Very clean room.

This is my 3rd stay in this hotel and the most disappointing. Our TV by the bed did not work . When we called they said someone will be up right away . 30 mins go by no one comes . We call again and they said 5 mins and a whole hour goes by . They call us non stop in the morning and when we called the front desk no one knew whey they were calling us . Some rang the door bell and even just tried opening the door without waiting to see if they can come in . Someone came at 11:30 to ask about our TV when we checked out at 12. Just an overall unpleasant experience this time , For the price you pay everything had to be working and right

i spent lots of money for one night, but there was no breakfast included. I was with my wife as a new married couple to make memories on our 1st night, but the room was terribly heated, and the room service was poor. I called twice for a champagne glass. dinner was amazing with beautiful views.
