Hate to give a poor rating, the staff was really nice and the room was quite clean, but the 8th floor smelled like the worst weed of all time despite the no smoking signs everywhere.

I cleaned the room upon arrival. There was hair everywhere. The ac made noise the whole time. Night staff (dark skinned guy)didn't know how to direct me to grocery store. Not family friendly. No fridge in room or microwave. No bags on garbage cans. They never came to clean it room. We stayed from out of town several days due to death in family.Microwave is all the way downstairs and fridge you can use their but that isn't practical. You have to go up and down constantly.

When I first arrived they had no way of finding my reservation, even when I called the reservation department they said they could see I had a reservation but I had no way to check in at the lobby and they told me they didn't know what to do outside of charge me again because of computer issues and I would be refunded. I'm still trying to get my money back. The front desk staff sometimes are quite rude depending on who you're talking to, and generally seem to have no idea what to do or how to help because their computers seem to be constantly down. In the room the walls are very thin so it was pretty easy to hear a big fight happening next door.

The rooms were spacious for the area and well designed, it had a lovely large desk with drawers for clothes, and room under the bed for luggage. The free coffee bar and eating area were great for not having to get crumbs all in my room and stay energized in the city. Plan on staying here next time we are here!

It's pretty darn good for the price. I got very lucky and found some close, on street parking. Personally, that was my biggest concern. Every side of the street has very specific parking info and fire hydrants are black, so just look for that. The room was basic and adequate. As others have said, there is no micro or fridge in the room. I brought a cooler and don't bring stuff for a micro. There is access to microwaves in the downstairs common area where tea and coffee are served. I went for coffee late Saturday morning and there was no milk or creamer to be found, so I didn't have a taste. I appreciate the effort, but would love some powdered creamer or something as an option. As others have said, there is no full size mirror in the rooms for fit checks, do the best you can in the bathroom. And in our case, I brought a hair dryer as I read there isn't one in the room, and the outlets in the bathroom didn't work. So I did my best. Also, there is no lid on the toilet. But again, for the price and location, these things are minor. The beds are comfy, the heat worked great, people were quiet, and it's on the list of places to stay when we go back.

Ok budget hotel. Area felt safe. Staff was friendly. Hotel towels were gross and dirty our room when we first arrived. As if they'd not bern washed. Poop on one of the towels. Not just a stain. Called housekeeping/front desk multiple times to fix it, finally had to go down to thebfront desk after waiting an hour when they said they'd be right up. Very budget friendly. Definitely a 2 star.

Took my daughter and her friends on a trip to New York. We stayed at the Brooklyn house it was amazing. The service was excellent and helpful. Clean, quiet, and respectful. If you choose this spot you are close to all the stores, shopping centers, hospitals, train station M, etc. Do not hesitate.

This was actually a pretty great hotel, even though it was definitely one of my more "no frills" experiences. Most of all, it was clean and comfortable. Add in the fact that it was a decent price (in Brooklyn), and you can't beat it. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the location was very convenient to the train. I would definitely stay again and probably will.
