Our room was sparkling clean. There was, however, a problem with the sliding bathroom door. We reported it to the front desk person, who responded immediately. The maintenance technician, Anthony, was the star of the show. First, he offered to move us to another room which we gratefully refused. He then made the necessary repairs while answering questions in a cheerful manner. When he was finished, we offered a gratuity and he profusely refused, asking us to reward the housekeeping staff for their hard work. As I said earlier, he is a star!

My experience with this hotel was extremely disappointing from the beginning. The customer service was unacceptable. I mistakenly booked the reservation using my company credit card and attempted to correct it by contacting the hotel directly, both through phone calls and through Expedia, but I never received any response. When we arrived, we were surprised to find the hotel under construction, which was not disclosed anywhere during the booking process. Due to this experience, I cannot recommend this hotel.
