One of the most spacious hotel rooms I’ve stayed in NYC. The room was clean and appeared to be newly updated. The guest lounge and check in experience was above average. The staff was very nice.

This was a great hotel and a great stay for a family of 5. Staff was wonderful until our last day checking out. There was a woman behind the desk (African American, curly hair just past the shoulder, dark glasses, tall, stocky, who was working the desk around 3:40 pm Jan. 3, 2026) who was extremely rude and deliberately nasty for no reason to me while I was polite and retrieving my luggage. She ruined the five stars I'd have given to the staff. Otherwise a perfect stay.

Hotel was nice , staff was friendly and I like that it had two queen size beds rather than double size BUT I could feel the springs in the mattress. I wouldn’t say that it ruined my stay but I didn’t love it either.
