Staff were great! Welcoming as soon as we walked in. Check in was a breeze and even gave us a little tour. Staff were always asking us if we needed help with anything throughout our stay. Room was clean Best stay I have had in awhile. Would recommend to others and will definitely be returning. Great Job.

Location is excellent. 7 min walk from Penn Station. Took train from Newark so easy. Within walking distance to main attractions. Subway super easy to use. Being able to grab a Starbucks in the lobby before heading out was a bonus. Staff were very nice especially the lady with the dark hair who was working in the bar/restaurant at night. The front desk was also very helpful. Big rooms and very clean. The layout is very good. Room to put luggage and hang your clothes. Beds were comfortable enough. Really liked the full size mirror with good lighting. Many hotels forget that. Would stay here again for sure.

The receptionist, Giselle, was very pleasant and attentive, and the check-in process was quick and smooth. The room was in excellent condition—though a bit small, with the bed positioned close to the door, it was still a comfortable and enjoyable stay overall.
