The worst nightmare first day no towels all day because they didnt get the delivery then when they finally send towels at 11pm they were dirty i talk to the manager she said i will send you clean towels but didnt say even sorry. And for the whole stay there were no breakfast guess why because the didnt get the delivery i am not even sure how is this part of marriot

Clean rooms however, Challenging area to get around for tourist We live in NYC and we just needed a quick layover for the night and didn’t affect us as we had a car No restaurant services either on hotel property and there’s nothing suitable around location

The hotel was clean and staff were friendly. I wouldn't stay there because of the area. It was inconvenient to go into manhattan. We took metro a couple times during the day and felt unsafe. You should definitely not walk at night.

The room and hotel it self was good. Room very tiny for a family of 4. Not recommended for family with pre teens. Maybe with small kids

The room was clean, but the front desk staff acted as if we were invisible. Free Breakfast was also advertised in expedia but when I asked the morning staff person looked at me as if I was crazy. In addition, the area surrounding the hotel and the walk there is perilous to say the least.

This staff at this hotel is incredibly rude and conniving. From the moment this reservation was booked online to the day of my arrival it was a disaster. We ended up not staying here and moving to a different hotel.

Not the best location-very far out of town. Didn’t feel super safe walking around. Staff were very average not answering the phone and not overly friendly. No fridge in room and small bed. Issues with plumbing. Spent a fortune with Ubers as location too far out. Noisy staff outside our room at 2am!! Not overly clean.
