The location is great. Conveniently located near time square. The staff were very rude. The roof top bar is nothing like you see in the pictures they have listed in Expedia. The seats in the lobby have holes and tears. Definitely, not what you expect from a Hilton.

On Saturday night around 11 pm, it took over 20 minutes to get an elevator up to my room because one of the four elevators was designated for the rooftop bar even though very few people were using it. Seemed like paying hotel customers should be prioritized.

Staff were very professional and welcoming. The room was clean and perfect for a one night stay. Our only complaint is that our towels were frayed and falling apart.

Not what I expected from a Hilton property. Rooms need attention due to cracks in the shower, windows that don’t close all the way. I had to ask for a micro and fridge since our room didn’t have any. Lotion dispenser had fallen off the wall and was just placed on the sink and elevators were way to slow to accommodate number of people in the hotel and someone is always trying to peddle something to honor members in the lobby. I don’t think I’ll ever stay at this location again.

Beds were comfy

I’m taking away a star because my room was to be ready for a 3pm check in. When I arrived shortly after 5pm - I was told they needed 20 mins to clean a room. Other than that, the lobby was like the subway. My room was clean but there was zero conditioner in the container. The bed was comfortable. I liked the location and it was fairly quiet.

Won’t Be Back

Elevators are horrible, lobby feels dirty. Furniture in rooms is beat up and worn. Carpet throughout is stained and or bleached. Area around the hotel is filthy and you have to step over homeless while walking from Times Square. Hard pass on the hotel, especially with rates closer to $400 a night.
