Easy nice check in process, room was clean good location near time square, really felt like the process and the customer service work good I felt nice relief that everything went smooth

Great location. Hotel was nice but the elevator situation is insane.

The Staff are inefficient. I emailed the hotel twice, but the hotel did not receive my emails. I had to call the hotel to inform them that I was going to be arriving a day late and that I would arrive at the hotel at 6:30am. The rep put me on hold, came back to me and let me know that all was okay. When I arrived at three hotel on Sat at 6:30sm, my reservation read as a "no show." How could that be, since the hotel rep told me, " It was all good." It was not a good experience. When I checked out of the hotel today, there was a desk clerk who could not give meet a receipt because her first note have access to the computers. What?! I checked out at 3:48am today. I do not want to stay their again.
