Clean comfortable room. Bed and pillows great. Hotel itself quiet but outside not so much as our room faced the street. Nice workout room but need more signage on equipment to wipe down after use. Wanted to go in pool after work out but not open til 9 am. We saw a lifeguard on duty last night. Con: Too scented in lobby Pro: Complimentary shuttle to/from airport. Close to restaurants Price good Will definitely stay again.

Booked a 2 double bed room(family of 4) and got a small queen bed and when asked to change the room the front desk just ignored and refused just because I had booked it for one night!!! So unprofessional and didn’t help at all!!! Would not recommend when you spend so much money for a good night’s sleep!

I booked this hotel after carefully applying a filter for a hotel with shuttle near JFK. To my surprise, the hotel only had shuttle to La Guardia and it costed me unexpected time and money to get from and to JFK. This is yet another Expedia unresolved problem.
